How fast will I get a report; and how does it help me buy an RV?
We deliver inspection reports fast. Clients get a full report within 24 hours to make quick, informed decisions. Fluid analysis reports are sent to an independent lab same day; these reports are normally ready within five business days.
We utilize a premiere inspection software program, HomeGauge®. This software offers a unique feature called Create Request List™, which makes the process of buying a new RV much easier. First, we’ll deliver your report to you. Then you can make your repair addendum without any copying and pasting! Or send the entire copy of the report to whomever you choose at the click of a button.

How Much does a Pre-Purchase inspection cost?
Inspections vary by RV type, slide count, and equipment and take 10 - 14 hours. Tell us what you need inspected and we’ll outline your options.
How Much does a Fluid Analysis cost?
If added to an inspection, Fluid Analysis is $150 for the first fluid, and $100 for each additional. We can test Engine Oil, Coolant, and Transmission fluids, for your motorhome and generator.
How long does an Inspection take?
An NRVIA Premier Inspection takes between 10 and 14 hours of on-site inspecting depending on the size and complexity of the RV, plus several hours to complete the report. An NRVIA (National RV Inspectors Association) inspection is an exhaustive, 300-point evaluation encompassing over 40 distinct systems. The process covers life-safety devices, structural integrity and mechanical operations of RV systems to generate a comprehensive 70+ page condition report with 80 to 100 photos.
